We have a nice, almost 1700 sq. ft., three bedroom, two bath home on acreage. It is an American Star double wide that has been bricked. It has a composition roof that is approximately five years old. The inside and outside unit of the central heat and air were replaced about two years ago. A very nice covered patio is attached to the back of the home as well as a man cave and several outside buildings.

There is a well saver automatic shutoff which always comes in handy. If you would rather take advantage of the coop water, all the lines are there, all you need to do is add a meter.
