The neighboring houses are well-kept. There are a few people living in houses on Rabbit Run. The next door neighbor' to the east appears to have power, though there are no visible lines. Past the existing houses, the two-track lane becomes less traveled, with saplings growing from the middle of the trail, substantial leaves, wet earth and ruts below. The road in and the front of the property are relatively flat. The hills start to roll as you head south on the property. The entire south end buts up to wetlands. The lots are lined up quite evenly in 1/4 mile-long strips. There is a great collection of old hardwood trees on the property. It was nice to shoot after the peak of the leaves, as you were able to actually see the terrain below.
