This property has seen little to no hunting pressure over the last 3-5 years and the amount of deer sign and sightings backs that up. I couldn't walk anywhere on the property without seeing deer trails and beds. I also kicked up several deer. Consisting of mostly mature pine, aspen and spruce there is just enough terrain elevation changes to create huntable travel corridors. The timber is mature enough for harvest if you are looking for additional income. The property is also located off of county highway 45 and has a great building area. The open field in the southwest corner would make for a great food plot. The southeast corner borders countless acres of hard to reach county and state land for additional hunting opportunities. The deer are in great shape in this area and the numbers are up. There is no doubt this property would be good for bear hunting as well as grouse hunting.
