This Gibbs City 40 acre parcel is wooded with aspen and maple. The terrain is rolling with some flat area. The center area of the parcel is a larger open clearing. The terrain is rolling with higher ground on the west end to lower ground on the east end. The aspen is about 3/4 of the west end of the parcel--the east end is older maple. Its a half mile plus from electric, and the access is limited at this point. But, this would make a great northern forest 40 acre to own.
