This is a great property that has plenty of deer sign. This property is mostly timber and a great mixture of it at that. There is a stand of 20 + year old Norway pines, and the rest of the property is mainly aspen and black spruce. There is also a creek and beaver pond on the southern edge of the property. Walking on the land I saw a ton of deer sign and also noticed how great the habitat is for bear and grouse.
