There are multiple good water wells out here within a half mile radius. There is one active water well on this 160 acre subdivide, and multiple on the 160 acres to the south of here with 15+ gpm yields.
There are no mineral rights here. Also there are not going to be any restrictions other than "no commercial shooting ranges and no junk yards".
