The 20 acres with the 2 road frontages is a level terrain with non-congested woods. The electric line runs along that side of the road. The other 20 acres across from it has a cattle guard entrance with a road way to a small opening with an old structure there. I will take more pictures of it, once I go with a chain saw to work and get the fallen trees out of my roadway. Beside I had not a shot gun with me, only a smaller one.It is common to see big cat tracks since it is an area with thousands of wooded land around! Perfect habitat for all kind of wild-life!On this land parcel you will also see old fence lines along the road. This parcel has level, slope and some steep terrain and Bascum Road frontage too!

The 40 acres has no roadway to it, but adjoins a Section Line. Under Oklahoma Statues there is a statutory easement along all section lines and the land therefore is not considered land-locked. This is important for anyone to know who may wish to buy and needs a loan! May I remind everyone, that Oklahoma is an Abstract State (only 2 States left like this).
