From Caseys in Elkins, head south on Highway 16 for 13 miles. Turn left at the Crosses Cafe onto AR-295. Drive 5.3 miles and turn left onto Brannan Mountain Road. Drive 5.4 and turn right at the blue Madison County Road sign. Drive 1.3 miles and you will see a Forest Service road shoot off on your left side.
