Notes from photographer: This property is the typical square 40-acre property in this area. Very wooded with Juniper/Pinon and with very sandy earth. The route to get here is very simple coming from US 191 through an unlocked access gate onto N7902. Turn left at the second opportunity and youre there. The South from N7902 onto the road which lines the west side of the property is very sandy and its very possible to get stuck there. There is great cell service here, electricity is less than 1/2 mi away. Most of the neighboring parcels have RVs.
