Hunting: The property is divided by a county road into two tracts. This southern portion of the property is fairly flat with several wet weather sloughs offering good feeding areas for local and migrating ducks. Along with the ducks, the deer and turkey habitat is also top notch. The owner has numerous food plots spread throughout the property with nice shooting houses. The mature hardwoods offer abundant foraging and the pine plantations provide great cover for deer and roosting options for the turkey.
