Well Managed Pine Plantation and Young Pine and Hardwood Stand! This tract consists of approximately 136 acres of pine plantation, planted in 1999, thinned in 2012 and will be ready for a thinning in 2019 and 252 acres of native young pine and hardwood. This tract also consist of a 12 acre marsh as well as several creeks and drains. This tract is located around the Davy Crockett National Forest. There is hunting and recreational opportunities with lots of wildlife!
