RANCH NAME: Lakeland Place Ranch
ADDRESS: 00 FM 20
COMMENTS: Lakeland Place Ranch is a very unique property in Guadalupe County. Unlike most properties in this are this 450 acre ranch offers a hill studded topography that features views for miles, beautiful creek bottoms, valleys, and small lakes. The main creek on the ranch could potentially be damned up to create a 20+ Acre Lake as evidence by the 20+/- Acre Lake Next Door. The great mixture of wooded creek bottom area and brush would make this place an ideal recreational ranch. In addition with easy access from a major highway this ranch could be a great long term investment as development moves towards the ranch from Austin and San Antonio.
