Timber consists of 96.5 acres of mature pine / hardwood, 396.4 acres of mature hardwood / pine, 52.9 acres of 2003 pine plantation, 48.2 acres of mature pine seed trees, 54.2 acres of well-stocked 2007 pine plantation, 10.4 acres of 2015 cutover (with oak regeneration), and 21.4 acres of slough areas. Little Bodcau Creek bisects the property. Also, a cabin and mobile home on the property with electricity at site is included in sale. Well pump and necessary parts are also included with this sale. Kingwood Forestry conducted an inventory of merchantable timber (one plot/point per acre) in June, 2018. Timber consists of 29 acres of mature timber, with the balance in 2017 cutover, pine regeneration, and well sites. Access is oil / gas company gravel roads. Electricity is available at road right-of-way. Kingwood Forestry conducted an inventory of merchantable timber (one plot/point per acre) in June, 2018.
