Timber consists of 29 acres of mature timber, with the balance in 2017 cutover, pine regeneration, and well sites. Access is oil / gas company gravel roads. Electricity is available at road right-of-way. Kingwood Forestry conducted an inventory of merchantable timber (one plot/point per acre) in June, 2018.
