The Little Bodcau Creek South tract (Listing #4625) is 680 acres located four (4) miles north of Lewisville and five (5) miles south of Patmos. Tract is further described as Parts of Section 13 & 14, Township 15 South, Range 24 West, containing a total of 680 acres, more or less, Lafayette County, Arkansas (see attached maps). The Little Bodcau Creek North Tract (Listing #4666) is 160 acres located five (5) miles north of Lewisville and five (5) miles south of Patmos. Tract is further described as N, Section 13, Township 15 South, Range 24 West, containing a total of 160 acres, more or less, Lafayette County, Arkansas (see attached maps). Timber consists of 29 acres of mature timber, with the balance in 2017 cutover, pine regeneration, and well sites. Access is oil / gas company gravel roads. Electricity is available at road right-of-way. Kingwood Forestry conducted an inventory of merchantable timber (one plot/point per acre) in June, 2018. Based on the inventory, estimated tree counts & timber volumes* are as follows (29.3 acres of merchantable timber):

METHOD OF SALE. These tracts will be sold on the basis of lump sum sealed bids. Bids may be submitted for either tract. An offer form is attached. Bids will be opened at the Kingwood Forestry office at #4 Executive Circle, Arkadelphia, Arkansas at 10:00 a.m., Friday, August 10, 2018. Buyers submitting offers are welcome to attend the bid opening. Mailed bids should be addressed to Kingwood Forestry Services, Inc., P.O. Box 65, Arkadelphia, AR 71923 with Little Bodcau Land Sales clearly marked in the lower left corner of the envelope to protect the security of the offer. On mailed offers, please call our office prior to bid opening to confirm receipt of offer. Bids may also be delivered by fax to 870-246-3341 or by e-mail. All faxed / e-mailed bids will be immediately acknowledged; please await confirmation that your faxed / e-mailed bid has been received. No verbal telephone bids will be accepted. Anyone submitting an offer for the purchase of these properties will be provided with a summary of bid results.
