Based on this inventory, estimated tree counts and volumes are listed below. Ocular estimate on Stand 4 (84 acres) indicates approximately 500 tons of hardwood logs and pulpwood, with approximately 2,000 tons of hardwood in Stand 3 (13 acres of Cypress / Tupelo) north of county road (see maps). Approximately 25 acres of Stand 5 were planted with pine seedlings in 2016. This property offers excellent hunting opportunities.

The Walters Field Road Tract (Listing #4638) is 30 acres located about fifteen (15) miles southeast of Gurdon near the Kansas community and is described as E of SW of NW, SW of NE of NW, Section 27, Township 10 South, Range 18 West, containing a total of 30 acres, more or less, Clark County, Arkansas (see attached maps). Access is frontage on Walters Field Road bisecting tract. Tract contains well-stocked loblolly pine plantation established in 2012.

Bids will be opened at the Kingwood Forestry office at #4 Executive Circle, Arkadelphia, Arkansas at 10:00 a.m., Friday, August 24, 2018. Buyers submitting offers are welcome to attend the bid opening. Mailed bids should be addressed to Kingwood Forestry Services, Inc., P.O. Box 65, Arkadelphia, AR 71923 with Clark Co. Land Sales clearly marked in the lower left corner of the envelope to protect the security of the offer. On mailed offers, please call our office prior to bid opening to confirm receipt of offer. Continue .1 mile to gate on right (south) side of road, opened with 5-7-5-7 combo. Another 5-7-5-7 combo gate is located on east boundary of sale, providing access to river frontage.
