The Peace North and South Tracts are located thirteen (13) miles south of Mount Holly and twenty-two (22) miles southwest of El Dorado. Tracts are further described below. Access is via woods roads from gated gravel road. Gate can be opened with 5-7-5-7 combination. Terrain is flat to gently rolling. These are investment properties with immediate timber income potential and recreational opportunities.

Merchantable timber consists of 119 acres of pine which includes 1992 plantation that has been thinned once. Balance of acreage is 2016 clearcut and native hardwood. Based on Kingwoods October, 2018 inventory, estimated tree counts & timber volumes on 119 timbered acres are as follows:
Pine Sawtimber: 5,608 Tons
Pine Chip n' Saw: 1,871 Tons
Pine Pulpwood: 1,871 Tons
Hardwood Pulpwood: 192 Tons

The Peace South Tract (Listing #4682) is described as Fractional NW, Section 4, Township 19 South, Range 18 West, containing 151.22 acres, more or less, Union County, Arkansas. Merchantable timber consists of 1993 pine plantation which has been thinned once. Based on Kingwoods October, 2018 inventory, estimated tree counts & timber volumes are as follows:
Pine Sawtimber: 9,329 Tons
Pine Chip n' Saw: 2,752 Tons
Pine Pulpwood: 1,709 Tons
Pine Topwood: 2,074 Tons

METHOD OF SALE These tracts will be sold on the basis of lump sum sealed bids. Bids may be submitted for either or both tracts. An offer form is attached. Bids will be opened at the Kingwood Forestry office at #4 Executive Circle, Arkadelphia, Arkansas at 10:00 a.m., Friday, November 9, 2018. Buyers submitting offers are welcome to attend the bid opening. Mailed bids should be addressed to Kingwood Forestry Services, Inc., P.O. Box 65, Arkadelphia, AR 71923 with Peace Tracts Land Sales clearly marked in the lower left corner of the envelope to protect the security of the offer. On mailed offers, please call our office prior to bid opening to confirm receipt of offer. Bids may also be delivered by fax to 870-246-3341 or by e-mail. All faxed / e-mailed bids will be immediately acknowledged; please await confirmation that your faxed / e-mailed bid has been received. No verbal telephone bids will be accepted.
