The tracts are located about four (4) miles southwest of Bismarck with frontage on Green Acres Road, Stand Lane, Ozark Loop, Martha Lane and Natasha Lane. Timber consists of native pine and hardwood. Terrain is gently rolling. Soils consist of Carnasaw-Bismarck-Zafra complex, fine sandy loams and shaly loams. Tree site index for loblolly pine averages seventy-five (75) feet (base age 50).
