The Ham Road North & South Tracts will be offered by lump sum sealed bid on Friday, May 24, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. bids may be submitted for either or both tracts.
Kingwood Forestry Services, Inc. has been authorized to manage the sale of two (2) tracts of timberland containing 40 + 40 acres, more or less, in Union County, Arkansas. Bids may be submitted for either or both tracts. Location: The Ham Road North & South Tracts are located within five (5) miles southeast of El Dorado just off Highway 82. On both tracts, site index for loblolly pine averages ninety (90) feet (base age 50) on fine sandy loam soils. These are timberland investment properties with immediate timber income potential and recreational opportunities. Tracts are further described below.

Ham Road North Tract (#4703): SE of NW, Section 17, Township 18 South, Range 14 West, containing 40 acres, more or less, Union County, Arkansas (see attached maps). Access is via woods road through the Ham Road South Tract. Buyer of North Tract may be granted an easement along road through South Tract. Terrain is gently rolling, with a small creek. Mature native pine sawtimber. Kingwood Forestry conducted an inventory of merchantable timber (one plot / acre with cruise lines running north-south) in April, 2019. Based on the inventory, estimated tree counts and timber volumes are as follows:

Access is one quarter () mile frontage on Ham Road. Terrain is gently rolling. Mature hardwood and pine. Kingwood Forestry conducted an inventory of merchantable timber (one plot / acre with cruise lines running east-west) in April, 2019. Based on the inventory, estimated tree counts and timber volumes are as follows:
