Access is frontage on paved County Roads #7 and #8. Timber consists of 191 acres of 2003 pine plantation. Approximately 149 acres have been thinned with 42 acres unthinned. Balance of acreage is in Streamside Management Zones and hardwood regeneration. Pine site index averages eighty-six (86) feet (base age 50) on fine sandy loam and silt loam soils.
