Diverse small acreage tract located in west Cumberland and eastern White Counties. Tract has frontage on the Caney Fork River and has a small pond on the tract. There is approximately 20 acres that is roughly 1/2 old coal mine reclamation and 1/2 clearcut pine stand that was planted with pine this year.
