Kingwood Forestry Services, Inc. has been authorized to manage the sale of the Laurel Road North (14.5 acres) and South (22.6 acres) Tracts which are described as Part of SW of SW, Section 23, Township 5 South, Range 20 West, Hot Spring County, Arkansas (see maps by clicking "Brochure & Maps" button). Both tracts are located just north of Lake DeGray State Park and approximately five and one-half (5) miles northwest of Caddo Valley, Arkansas and Interstate 30. Access is frontage on Laurel Road with woods road for interior access. Woods road will be boundary between the two tracts. Terrain is gently rolling. Site index for loblolly pine (base age 50) averages eighty (80) feet on fine sandy loam and Carnasaw-Bismarck-Zafra complex soils. Timber consists of scattered mature pine with hardwood understory. Tract offers excellent homeplace opportunity and hunting/recreation.
