This is a nice little property for someone not needing a lot of useable area but wanting complete privacy. The present owners set it up to make it functional for their 5th wheel and one of the outbuildings was designed to connect to it. There is a lot of value here... pad, drive, fully equipped well. A great price with owner carry.
