Broker Comments: Rothiemay is an established farm. The two factors that keep it from being a very productive ranch is grass and water. The water is there and more to be had at a shallow level. As can be seen on the map, the owner has water and lines developed. The second factor is the owner is able to seed the place to the varieties of your choosing. In a short time, you cna have a 300 cow ranch.
