How about the downsides? As always we let you know about any negative features and, as always, there are some. The drivway off the main road leading to the property is about 1/4 mile and is graveled. It is a bit rough in places but is does discourage casual driveby's. The home was built in 1980. It is in very good condition but is a bit dated, the bathrooms in particular. The frontage is all in board fencing but does need some minor repairs. At one time, the landscaping was great but now is very sparse and will need some renovation. Just call it a clean canvas for your own special ideas. And the property needs some general sprucing up. That's about it for negatives.
