Very nice cabin in rustic location. Decks were recently stained, nice landscaping, access to lake in subdivsion. Conv. to 4 season resort. There is a $25 fee to join HOA. The HOA fees are $96 for improved lot and $24 for each unimproved lot. This is a nice place to relax your worries away.
