Use: This land is best suited for investment, camping, hiking or hunting. There is a level spot on the property near the top Pigeon Mountain that offers a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and the valley below. This would be a great location for an off-grid type cabin.

Comments: This land is in the scenic mountains of South-eastern Oklahoma. These mountains are low, rolling and heavily wooded. The property can be accessed by crossing about 4 miles of dirt road. Good hunting for deer, turkey, squirrel, rabbit and other game. Black bear are sighted from time to time. This area has a reputation for producing some very large whitetail bucks.

Water: Farmers and ranchers in the area use drilled water wells for home water supply. There is a small pond on the property which provides a year round source of water for wildlife. Average rainfall in the area is 45 to 50 inches. If you build a dwelling or cabin on this land you will likely want to have a water well drilled.
