Comments: This is a great opportunity to own a quality ranch in area well know for producing large trophy deer and great quail hunting. It could easily be high fenced and with two sides already fenced over half the cost has been paid already. There are also great advantages to the campsite with city water and sheds for protection of living quarters from the hot Texas sun and the fact that the campsite is not located where it can disturb any hunting activities on subject property. The access is down an all weather road and is relatively secluded with easy access down Hwy 16.
