The Hampton NE Tract (Listing #5032) is 39.91 acres described as SE of NW, Section 26, Township 12 South, Range 13 West, containing 39.91 acres, more or less, Calhoun County, Arkansas (see maps).

The tract is located about eight (8) miles northeast of Hampton, Arkansas and five (5) miles northwest of Tinsman. Access is frontage on County Road 61 which bisects the tract.
