Four (4) timberland tracts will be offered by lump sum sealed bid on Friday, November 1, 2024, at 10:00am. Bids may be submitted for any or all tracts.
The Martin Creek Tract is located about two (2) miles south of Princeton. Access is woods roads from a gated (Weyerhaeuser) gravel road. Terrain is primarily flat; Martin Creek and branches thereof cross the tract. Pine site index averages ninety (90) feet (base age 50) on Guyton, Pheba-Savannah, Smithton-Pheba, and Amy silt soils. Timber consists of native pine and hardwood. Tract offers great hunting/recreation and timberland investment opportunities. Timber volumes are in land sale notice.
