House frame constructed with 12" reinforced concrete blocks, interior walls with 6" insulated blocks. Exterior and some of the interior with Indiana limestone. Floors are poured and precast concrete. Roof clay tiles were imported from France.
A beautiful 60' dome completely furnished for private parties is located at the garden lower level.
House 18,770 sq ft, lower level 7,460 sq ft is unfinished.
