This tract is in north central Amite County south of Rollinson Road. The east boundary is the Amite River and the other sides are private ownership. Access is via an easement from Rollinson Road. The entire tract is bottom land and approximately 50% is mixed hardwoods and pine. The balance was planted pine that has recently been harvested. Utilities are not available.
