WILDLIFE: Native wildlife such as white-tailed deer are found in abundance along with turkey, hogs, and dove.

During the winter months, the tanks can be a hotspot for waterfowl and a few quail can be seen occasionally as well.

TOPOGRAPHY/VEGETATION: The topography consists of beautifully rolling live oak crested hills and bottom land drainages which are loaded with varied hardwood tree cover. The rolling hills on the ranch are covered in numerous varieties of hardwoods including Liveoaks, Post Oaks, Blackjack Oaks, Elms with areas of Mesquites and a few Cedar trees. Views are outstanding from the tops of the hills and ridgelines, providing 20+ mile views in areas.

The ranch also has great soils including Luckenbach clay loam, and Callahan loam. There have been several areas that have been selectively cleared, providing enhanced views and aesthetic beauty, as well as ideal hunting habitat with a good amount of brushy left in areas as sanctuaries for wildlife as well.

LOCATION: Located in Texas Hill Country, this ranch is just 6 miles West of Lometa TX on Hwy 190 and about 1 hour 30 min from Austin. The ranch is also 2 hours 15 min from Ft Worth and an hour 30 min from Waco.
