This is one of the best hunting and recreation tracks that I know about in Northeast Texas. It is accessed by a seldom used County road. The terrain is excellent for whitetail deer with some clear cut land that has grown back in browse and brush. Other parts of the ranch are made up of solid hardwoods, with several ponds, a great duck slew and 120 acres of planted pine.Also, there are some open meadows that make excellent grazing or hay meadows.
