Improvements: The Owners Cabin sits near the main entrance to the ranch and consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and open-concept living/kitchen/dining.

Situated adjacent to the Owners Cabin, the 6,500+ square-foot barn and hunters lodge consists of 4 well-appointed bedrooms, a living/kitchen/dining area, large laundry/mud room, over-sized walk-in cooler with moving electric hoist, game processing room, large workshop and more.

Water: Well water is used on the ranch, several creeks and ponds, and rainfall averages about 45 inches per year. There are numerous potential lake sites on the property.

Terrain: Quietly secluded high in the Ozark mountains of northeast Oklahoma, canyon and hill covered terrain, an abundance of mature native forest and elevation changes of over 870 feet. The rugged terrain is balanced by lush open valleys and stone-bottomed creeks throughout the ranch. Being primarily wooded with a mixture of native hardwoods and pines, the utmost care has been taken to manage the dense forestation for the maximum benefit of the wildlife.

Fences: Ranch is entirely high game fenced around the outside perimeter with an 1100 acre tract and a 700 acre tract fenced off in the interior.

Game: Approximately 60 elk currently roam the ranch, as well as whitetail deer, wild Eastern turkey, upland birds, quail, chukar, pheasant wild hogs and black bear. Because of the preserve status, you can hunt without regard to season or bag limits! There are numerous 300 to 400 inch Bull Elk. The Whitetail deer have great Northern genetics, and some world class trophy bucks.
