This tract is 575 +/- acres and is mostly woods. Its not in any program per the seller. It appears it was in a program in years passed. The planted pines are now at a stage where they could be first-thinned for pulpwood to take some cash and allow for better long-term development of the stand. There are approx. 135 acres that was just planted in bottomland hardwoods in March 2020. The remainder is mixed pine and hardwood. There are 2 pipelines on the property to help access the interior of the tract and serve as deer stand locations and food plots. There are several nice box stands in place that will remain with the property.

There is good perimeter access around the tract.

A bunkhouse was built in 2019 as part of a 60 x30 metal building. It is furnished and has a storage room for ATVs.
