The Carrizo water table is only 90 feet below the surface in this area. The ranch has 4 wells on it with 1 having the potential to be utilized as an irrigation well. There are also 5 tanks on the property with a couple more great stock tank locations. Most of the stock tanks have water piped to them. Another feature this ranch has that is not common are the few springs that will flow in times of above average rainfall.
