Improvements: Nearly $400,000 has been invested in new improvements on this ranch in the last 12 months. All improvements are in new condition. Wildlife: In 2009, the ranch was stocked with 72 top genetic whitetail and 75 super exotics. The whitetail herd was carefully picked from top breeders in Texas with breed bucks purchased for the ranch that will score over 200B&C. The exotics include Ibex, Fallow deer, Black Buck, Addax, Pier David, Red Deer, Gemsbok, Semitar Oryx, and an outstanding Elk herd with one bull scoring over 400B&C. In addition to the deer herd, the ranch offers outstanding dove, quail, and wild turkey hunting. Food plots have been established to enhance the bird hunting as well as providing a great supplement food source for the deer.

Minerals: There is no mineral production on the ranch. The owner will convey a portion of the royalty interest with the sale of the property.
