The Bradley County Road 71 Tract is +/-60 acres of investment grade pine timberland located in southern Bradley County near Hilo. The tract has good road access by cornering on the county road. The property has been harvested, site prepared and replanted in 2013 with genetically improved loblolly pine seedlings. The topography of the tract is gently rolling with only one small stream buffer along a channel. The soils on the property consist primarily of good sandy loams with an average reported site index for loblolly pine of 88 feet (base age 50) per the NRCS Web Soil Survey.
