The ranch was established in 1992 and it has been intensely game managed by the owner who has a Wildlife and Fisheries Degree from Texas A & M University. The ranch is home to many Texas whitetails and exotic species including pure Rocky Mountain Elk, Axis Deer, Fallow Deer, Aoudads and Black Buck Antelope. It also has an excellent population of Rio Grande Turkey, doves and some Bobwhite Quail.
IMPROVEMENTS:
Lodge. The main ranch houses construction was completed in 2004 and is a 3594 sq. ft. custom designed and built home with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Construction consists of Texas native limestone and rock from areas off of the ranch itself. It features a Great Room with 28-foot ceiling, rock fireplace, banquet size dining room, premier kitchen with oversized pantry, laundry center and mud room.
