There are four center-pivot, sprinkler irrigation systems and four wells on this farm. Three of the sprinklers are 85 Zimmatics with small tires and one is a 90 Zimmatic with 38 tires. All sprinklers are in good repair, have drops on 60 spacing and are each nozzled for 300 gpm. There is a natural gas engine with a generator at each well to supply electricity to a sprinkler and to a 60hp submersible motor and pump. The subs are approximately 4 years old. The owner states that the wells are approximately 400 ft. deep and believes that additional deeper wells could be developed to supply more water. Two sprinklers are currently being operated at the same time.

Legal access to this section is provided by a deeded easement that runs south from its southeast corner to County Road D. All sprinkler corners are planted to grass.
