LOCATION:

Tract is located North of Highway 79 on a county road approximately 5 miles West of Rockdale, Texas. There is easy access to Taylor and Round Rock, Texas, by Highway 79.

DESCRIPTION:

The terrain varies from flat to gently rolling improved pastures, to more rolling mesquite and hardwood cover to flat bottom land. The property has an estimated ½ mile of frontage along Brushy Creek. Approximately 360 acres of Coastal Bermuda pasture is fertilized. The property is fenced and cross fenced into 6 pastures.
