2 water wells: 8" casing, 1 horsepower pump (10 gal/minute) that feeds to entire property. The casing is cemented to prevent ingress of outside contamination; 2nd water well has a single phase, 15 horsepower pump (120 gal/minute) built with the intent to irrigate hay pasture (never was used to irrigate) but can be used to pump water into lake, if needed. Depth of wells are approx. 240' deep. Drilled by Burleson Services in late 2000.

Several fruit trees have been planted over the years, along with multiple Cypress trees lining the lake, several types of Oak's, Pine, and citrus trees.

MAIN HOUSE:

Built on the 'island' so you are surrounded by water!

Original, 600 sq.ft. camp-house with 1200 sq. ft. covered porch was built in 1999 on slab. Slab was built with 3/8" rebar and beams around perimeter with 2 beams running through middle. The 1200 sq ft porch was enclosed in Spring 2015. Now holds 1800 heated sq.ft. on concrete slab with metal exterior and metal roof. 2-Car carport and 300 sq.ft front porch.

Master bedroom (20x20) has large, double-pane movable widows and separate door to the outside, stained concrete floors, recessed lighting and ceiling fan with light.
