This tract is located near the city of Union Ms. along County Road 315. Part of the tract was clear cut about 12 years ago and there is a stand of mixed young timber in this area. There is also an area of huge natural hardwood timber on the north side of the tract. It is mostly of the Oak variety. This is an ideal spot to catch a deer or turkey ranging through.

The young timber area makes a perfect bedding area for the big bucks as well. With power located along the county road, it will be very easy to locate a home or camp on the tract. This is a perfect tract for a hunter who wants a good timber investment and a hunting tract with opportunities for all types of hunting.
