Directions: Take Hwy. 126 west from Grayson. Go approximately 6.7 miles to Childress Road and turn left (south). Go approximately 3.3 miles along Childress Road (it will turn to gravel) to a split...turn left at the split...and turn left again at the next split just a few yards away. You are now on a company road. Travel approximately 1 mile to the entrance to the tract on the left. A hunting club camp site with trailers will be near the entrance.
Directions to 1 acre and access road on east side of tract: Take Hwy. 126 west from Grayson. Turn left on Hester Road. Turn right on Rietzell Road. At a crossroads, turn right on Butler's Bridge Road. There is no sign at this intersection. Go approximately 1 mile west to the 1 acre. Look for pink flagging marking the 1 acre on the north side of the road. The logging road running north along west side of 1 acre is the access road to the 5 acres. The south boundary of the 5 acre parcel is clearly flagged with pink ribbon.
