The ranch includes a furnished 584' cabin, 110 gallon rainwater system, shared water well, 4x8 barn and 4 blinds. Area wildlife include whitetail deer, turkey, axis, dove, quail and feral hogs. Only about 35 miles to public boat ramp on Lake Amistad for fishing makes for an all around hill country recreational ranch.
