Terrain: This exceptional, well accommodated east Texas hunting ranch has so much to offer including some of the best duck hunting in Texas, outstanding feral hog and whitetail hunting and even good fishing in the bayou and flooded wetland areas. The ranch is located on the migratory flyway in the wetlands of the Sabine River and is comprised of approximately 250 acres of swamps and flooded timber with the balance being in mixed hardwoods and pine timber. These flooded timber areas are loaded with ducks and offer several different methods of duck hunting. Several large duck blinds have been strategically placed throughout the flooded areas and are accessed by both shore and boat. The owner has a system of gates that can be used to help drain these flooded areas so they can grow feed and vegetation such as smartweed in the warmer months.
