This turn-key hunting ranch is located on Hwy 57 about 15 minutes west of Pearsall and a little over an hour south of San Antonio.

The habitat is mostly red sand and rolling gravel hills. The deer herd is top of the line and has been managed for many years to produce 200-inch deer. There are two high-fenced pastures, 270 acres and 449 acres.

The 1.5-story hunting lodge built in 2011 is approximately 4500 sq. ft. The lodge features 4 bedrooms, a great room with a huge fireplace, and many custom built accessories.

There is also a barn with ample equipment storage sheds on both sides. Near the barn there is a hunting camp and other storage buildings.

The ranch is very well watered with 3 wells and 12 water troughs. There is plenty of water storage at 2 of the wells and 2 stock tanks. The stock tank near the house is also good fishing.
