The Flora: The ranch has a very diverse set of trees that includes; many live oaks, post oaks, liv, elm, black jack oak, pin oak, burr oak, hackberry, water oak and yaupon. The grasses are improved Bermuda and native blue stem, and natural rye grass. The tract is approximately 90% wooded.
The Fauna: The ranch has been an amazing place for hunting. It is surrounded by larger ranches to the North and East, which provides much cover for white tailed deer, hogs, foxes, coyotes, bobcats etc..
