Property has three large pipe corrals and a set of working pens and chute for a small cattle operation. The grass grazing area is cross fenced into two separate areas with excellent fences supporting 25-30 cows and their calves. There is a 50X80 metal shop of which 30 has been made into a barndominium. There is a 16X 80 metal canopy attached to the south side of the shop and a 20X50 canopy on the end opposite of the house end, both on concrete pads. There are two 14 roll up doors and two walk in doors in the shop. The house part of the building has 1 and bathrooms and a separate small master bedroom with a master bath, Jacuzzi tub, and his and her sinks. There are 3 queen size beds and 1 twin bed in the balcony area which is open to the rest of the house. Knotty pine and rough paneling are lining the walls and ceiling. A large cedar plank serves as a bar overlooking the kitchen. The floor is sealed stained concrete.

There are two pressured water systems. One is from the public water service, Dogwood Springs Water, and the other is from a submersible pump and well and feeds the corral tanks and the west pasture. A small water room located in the shop has both pressure tanks, an additional pressure pump for the potable water, and the hot water heater for the house.
