This is a very well built home with river rock exterior. The floor plan has great flow. The living room area is good sized and there is a formal dining area also good sized. An office-den next to the dining room has a closet and separate entrance from the 2 car carport. The kitchen has very nice cabinets, and lots of storage space, plus a propane gas stove. The laundry is is 8 x 10 with lots of room. Home is extremely well insulated. Owner says average electric is $200 a month and there are ceiling fans everywhere.
